Around 200 students along with Race Officers and Umpires filled the clubhouse and water for the annual Snakebite. The racing flights increased to four this year such is the attraction of the club and Nottinghams organisation. All were reminded to vote for Notts County in the Club of the Year!
There was some close and intense racing in the gusty winds, which strengthened around lunch, with several capsizing, leading to a pause in proceedings. The Race Team still delivered 88 races in the day…. Then it was off into Nottingham to check out the nightlife!
Sunday was cool with gusts a 90′ change in wind direction meaning the course was more fickle, sunshine was interspersed with showers as the fleets were split into Gold, Silver & Bronze fleets.
