Weekend 14/15 May, Sat club, courses, social and awards
The weekend of 14/15th May started with the ramp being repaired (on Friday). Saturday saw 35 Saturday Club sailors with  a gentle introduction in light winds for the youngsters.
Saturday afternoon was very light, more a drift around the course. However it proved to be perfect conditions for the social and prize giving with nearly 100 tickets sold, and the fine weather meaning there was room for all.
Pauline and team spent all day preparing the excellent buffet. the bar was open and at 8pm a relatively short and sharp prizing was held thanks to trophy steward, and the flag officers, who had spent some time preparing.Â
The band started as the sun set on a great day at the club.
And on Sunday some good winds to clear out the fuzzy heads.
