Tuesday & Wednesday Night Race Coaching at Notts County SC

We are offering evening coaching by Tim Rush at Notts County SC, on selected Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Tim is a highly-regarded National/International-level coach who coaches for the RYA and various class associations.

Tuesday night is aimed primarily at U19s who are sailing ILCAs and Aeros and competing at a national level or at a similar standard.

Wednesday night is aimed primarily at U15 sailing Toppers or ILCA 4 who are attending, or are aspiring to attend, RYA regional Training Groups (RTGs);  or sailors who are at a similar level,including U19s.

It may be possible to accommodate RYA pathway double handed boats and other singlehanded boats. If you wish to explore this possibility please ask Martin Gunn for Tuesday night or John Gathergood for Wednesday.

When

The coaching will Start Tuesday 16^th April through to the beginning of July;

Tuesday – April 16^th, 23^rd & 30^th, May 7^th  & 21^st , June 4^th , 11^th, 18^th, & 25^th, July 2^nd

Wednesday – April 17^th,24^th, May 1^st, 8^th & 22^nd, June 5^th, 11^th, 19^th, 26^th, July 3rd

A 3 hour long session from 5.15 until 8.15 pm. Late arrival should be possible. It is felt that an appropriate session format would consist of 2 ½ hours on the water with 30 minutes for pre & post briefing.

Any under 18 will be required to have a parent or guardian on site at the club throughout the weekly session.
