Saturday 3^rd June ILCA (Laser) Club Training with legendary RYA coach and World Champion TIm Rush. We had two excellent on the water sessions and three superb class sessions on how to improve your racing and boat handling skills. This included boat set up and fine tuning, starting, windward mark and leeward mark rounding. 14 sailors had some great input into their racing techniques along with cupcakes to finish the session. Tim managed to see all sailors on the water and gave excellent video footage for feedback during classroom sessions along with video highlights for the group to share after the event. This was a fine and sunny breezy day and excellent learning conditions.
